Return Policy

At Ceilão Foods, customer satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. We follow strict quality and hygiene standards to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Returns on Food Products

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we do not accept returns once an item has been delivered, except in cases where:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong item has been delivered

This policy is in accordance with EU food safety and hygiene regulations.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Discounted or promotional items (unless defective)
5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

7. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the issue is due to an error on our part, Ceilão Foods will cover the return shipping cost
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customers responsibility
